'Image' means any item, which may be offered for the purposes of reproduction.
'We' or 'Us' refers to Socialstock ltd. 'You' refers to the photographer.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all necessary rights, model releases or consents which may be required for reproduction are obtained and that the use of any Image is not obscene, indecent, libellous or unlawful. We make no claim or warranty with regard to your use of content, names, text, people, trademarks or copyright material depicted in any Image and you will indemnify us in respect of any claims, damages, costs or expenses we incur arising from the use of any Image supplied by you.
Images taken of children (under 18 years of age) must have written model release consent from a parent or guardian.
Images taken on private property have been given full written consent from the relevant property/land owner.
We reserve the right to use any image provided to promote and advertise Socialstock ltd.
You will label every Digital Image taken by You with the reference code used by Socialstock ltd along with any relevant key wording and captions attached.
Photographers who contribute Images to the Socialstock library reserve the right to keep any copyright. Photographers who shoot any commissioned work for Socialstock and receive a fee shall not retain the copyright. Copyright shall belong to Socialstock ltd.
Payment is made 60 days from submission of invoice.
Should any disagreement arise between Socialstock ltd and the photographer, we shall, if we both agree, first try to settle it by a mediation procedure.
